Rhem 3: The Secret Library Rhem 3, like the first 2 games in the Rhem series, is essentially an adventure game in the Myst tradition. Puzzles form the basis for all discovery and further exploration. The builders of Rhem left behind clues to their civilization in the form of symbols and codes. Their intricate machinery and pipelines kept their secrets hidden from outsiders. Only by solving their puzzles and using keen senses of observation and logic can any explorer, such as yourself, find the way through the series of tunnels, secret passageways and hidden rooms.

The brothers Zetais and Kales have been trying to explore the ruins and get further into its depths. They are convinced that there are treasures to be found and need your help to find them. Your initial task in this 3rd game is to locate a "black gem" and a "secret library", both of which are deep within the compound. The ruins are abandoned and neither brother is on-site. You will investigate alone with only occasional contact with the explorers by videophone.

The game is played totally in first person and controlled by mouse, with no support for keyboard input except for the "ESCape" key. This game uses Flash technology for motion and features stereo music and sound effects. [source:mobygames]
