In Panzer Killer! the player takes the role of different American tanks in about 50 missions set during World War II. The game is focuses on action, this means the tank controls similar to regular third-person shooters. Besides his health the player also has to look after his fuel and replenish it by collecting fuel containers on the ground. He also has different weapons (machine gun, airstrike and tank cannon) and ammo types to his disposal which are more or less useful against different targets.During the missions the player simply drives from point A to point B while avoiding mines and shooting everything German in sight, e.g. tanks, houses or jeeps.
