After seeing his plans of attacking the football world cup torn apart in Balones y Patadones, the famous head of the mafia, Vito Corvino, escapes to his hometown: Rome. The couple of secret agents Mortadelo and Filemón will be in charge of capturing him, and they will eventually find out they're not the only ones after Corvino. In their pursuit, Mortadelo and Filemón will have to come to an agreement with another mafia gangster in order to obtain information, to hold a full opera session, to kill a dangerous mob thug and finally, to enter in the secret hide-out of Vito Corvino.

This is another entry in the series of adventures based on the Spanish comic-book characters Mortadelo & Filemón. Again, the game takes advantage of the legacy of old adventures making use of 2D hand-drawn graphics and the classical point and click interface into a third person adventure game. The multiplayer function adds a unique feature to the game.

This is a standalone game, but can be combined with Balones y Patadones as a sequel, to form a longer game named La Banda de Corvino. [source:mobygames]
