Adrift is a modern day pirate game that puts the player in the role of a nameless Somali pirate operating in the Gulf of Aden who is aiming to move up the pirate ranks by looting and pillaging other ships.
The player controls the ship of said nameless pirate and must navigate through the Gulf of Aden looking for ships to raid. To aid this, the players boat is armed with weaponry to take on other ships. Also at the players use is several smaller boats to board and capture ships. It is also possible to form alliances with other pirates to make it easier to capture loot.
There is also a co-op mode available for up to four players for offline games. [source:mobygames]
