3d Girlz is a simulator depicting sexual positions by computer animated models.

Female models may be changed to the player's liking, such as race, skin tone, hair, clothing (if any), etc. Game modes consist of a single female, two females, or a two females with a single male, all available to be played in several different locations. Depending on the game mode used, different positions are made available for experimentation as well as different camera orientations to view the scene. The player may select a manual or automatic action for real-time action.
