Unreal Tournament (Game of the Year Edition) As with most "Game of the Year" editions, this is a re-release that celebrates various magazines and websites awarding this honor upon Unreal Tournament. What makes this one worth obtaining is that Epic and Infogrames crammed a huge amount of additional material onto the disc. Although all of the extra material was previously made available for free download, there's over 50M of it so the low release price could be easily justified for gamers with dial-up connections (or the unfortunate few who didn't already own UT).

In addition to the current patch, UT:GOTY includes first of the official bonus packs which add many maps, power runes, and new models (including the Nali warcow). It also includes professionally tested versions of the user mods "Rocket Arena for UT" and "Chaos UT". Rocket Arena will be familiar to any FPS deathmatch fan and Chaos UT adds modern and medieval weapons. [source:mobygames]
