Tips: Use the blue arrow symbol on the iceberg to help maintain your sense of direction. When the iceberg spins, try to shift your perspective so that you’re “looking” in the same direction as the arrow.

This exercise can be quite difficult when you begin, but after some training you should start to notice it getting easier to stay oriented.
